Hawkwind meets Neurosis meets Neil Young ... Extreme-Downer-Acid-Psych-Space-Sludge Rock aus North Carolina. Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahre 2002 haben U.S. CHRISTMAS bisher 2 Alben aufgenommen, die aber nie offiziell veröffentlicht wurden. `Salt The Wound` ist kein Album im eigentlichen Sinne, es enthält eine Auswahl an Songs von `Prayer Meeting` & `Bad Heart Bull`, die komplett neu eingespielt wurden. Zusätzlich enthält die CD 3 Live-Bonustracks.
